This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room we had was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was spotless, and a good size with great shower room and good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff

What a wonderful place made even more enjoyable by the warmth and friendliness of Velco & Katica. Velco collected us from the bus station and had no problems with an early check-in. Hrvoje Is an extremely welcoming host, who provides expert knowledge of Bol and the surrounding areas and can't do enough to make your stay a pleasant one. The FREE bike hire is a great idea. There is an abundance of spectacular scenery in which to cycle in. The pool area is beautiful too if you can remove yourself from the stunning 'Zlatni Rat' beach.

My cousins and I could not have been happier with the accommodations and especially the location. I have been to Split many times and have in the past always stayed in hotels. This was my first experience with an "apartment" type of accommodation. I loved loved loved the patio for late evening relaxation and people watching. Everything was like new and very clean. Both Antonia and Robi were wonderful and were very helpful in making our stay one to remember. -
The apartment was a very nice size for 4 adults and magnificently located just outside the western wall of the palace at the Iron Gate. The terrace was amazing and spacious with a nice view of the square and a beautiful Romanesque house tower with Gothic belfry and Renaissance 24 hour clock adjoining the terrace. No bells ringing thankfully. Very charming and full of history. A great location to explore the palace and return to wonderful accommodations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Suites, which is ideally situated near the old town. The highlight was the outstanding attitude of the staff, who provided us with excellent advice and support. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria, Tony, Tina and Lana. The room was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed excellent breakfasts. We would certainly stay at the hotel again.

We liked everything about Villa Paulina although we actually stayed in Villa Lora which is just next door. Simply but beautifully furnished apartment with a balcony view which entranced us. The staff could not be more welcoming. Simple breakfast in well equipped eating area was very good. Although pool is small it was perfect for cooling dips after hard sessions of sunbathing on the comfortable loungers. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer - Brela is a perfect place to relax.

We stayed in the apartment - room 1. For the moment we arrived we were taken care of. We were given ice creams,coffee and nothing was any hassle. We even borrowed a beach umbrella. As a family we have travelled alot and I can honestly say the service provided by this team is 5star - exceptional. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel and would most definitely return. Some people have mentioned the bells but really, any where in Croatia you hear the bells at sometime! Didn't stop

We stayed in One Bedroom Apartment Senjska street. The owners were friendly and pro-active. It had a great location - slightly up Marjan Hill and a short walk to the Riva front. There are some lovely restaurants on the same street (Konobo Marjan, Tinel) as well as a little supermarket. The air-conditioning was good (and much needed!). Powerful shower. Lots of wardrobe space. All in all it surpassed expectations considering the relatively modest price. Recommended :)

Friendly owners, very helpful, who made us feel at home. Neat rooms as shown in the pictures. Very nice view from the terrace! Location is perfect, 5min from the supermarket and 10min from the beach. I would strongly recommend this accomodation to other people!

The owner and his family are very nice. The apartment was nicely furnished (stereo, DVD player, DVD's, knick-knacks from around the world). The owner left 2 beers, a bottle of orange juice, and a bottle of water in the refigerator and informed me that they were for me- I thought this was a nice touch. I had problems finding the apartment, and the owner came to meet me. The location is good- about a 7-10 minute walk to the old city section (Diocletian's Palace) of Split.

Tatjana is very sweet; she drove me to the bus station when I left and offered me breakfast in her apartment one day. She would have picked me up when I arrived at the ferry but we didn't connect then. Bit of a walk from the ferry terminal with luggage but ask her to pick you up and she will. The accommodation was great. The room was clean, had a nice balcony and a fully functioning air conditioning. We stayed on the second floor where the wifi signal and speed were good. The nearest (very clean) pebble beach was a 10 min walk from the apartment (take the road between the hotel Supetrus buildings). The town is a 15 minute walk.
The villa is indeed located next to a steep road with no pavements but there is an alternative route to town.

We had a one bed apartment with a balcony which was a great size and amazing value for money. Whilst rustic in style it was very clean and well presented. Definitely worth the money and better than many 3-4* accommodation that we have stayed in around the world. Definitely recommend it.
