  nice and cosy room (earthly wood design just like resort style) with separate seating area, chinese tea set and 3 types of chinese local (good quality) tea leaves provided with natural water from famous spring (tea leaves and spring water free of charge), free welcome cocktail at bar, free hand treatment, good accessibility as there's a bus stop j... was die leute sagen » ust right outside the hotel, cosy library with free coffee and cookies, overall a very relaxing stay in this cosy boutique hotel, will definitely stay - The rooms are spacious, very clean and extremely well finished and decorated. This extended into every detail through the whole hotel, from lobby to hallways and rooms to a level you don't see very often in China, specially not in this price class. Bed was of superb quality. Break fast was nice with a good choice between Chinese and Western food. Also the food from room service was affordable and very tasty. Best thing was the spa, never had such a good massage anywhere in China.

  Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Staff are excellent, as is the Hotel. Its good value for such a high grade hotel and does cater for all types of traveler, with good English spoken by a lot of the staff, plus there are usually some French staff around, if that's your first language. The airports is not far, plus the staff will pick up tickets ... was die leute sagen » for the rail station. Buffet food caters for more or less every taste and is generally top quality, also not dear, by western standards at least. - The service was outstanding. All staff made me feel very welcome and were really attentive to my needs. Having free wifi throughout the dining and lounging areas of the hotel was really useful. Food was very good, the 50% offer on the evening buffet was an outstanding offer, and the bbq was delicious!

  Good location, there is Wushan night market just right at the bottom of the apartment. There are bus stops just one street away which is easily access to many tourist spots (Pls take note that most of the tourist spots in Hangzhou is not accessible via metro but bus).   I stayed from 22nd to 26th August 2013 and was very impressed with the staff but in particular the Executive Lounge. I stay in many hotels in Asia, and in China, and can say that this is one of the best Lounges I've experienced.
