  About 5-10 min walk to metro station, decent food options nearby, must have key card to get into building/use elevator plus there is a security guard, room was large and comfortable, washer and dryer (although may take 2 dry cycles), kitchen and sink (did not use so can't comment on the functionality, but it was available), very nice and helpful s... was die leute sagen » taff, wifi was good, mini-mart almost right next door, shampoo/body wash supplied in shower. Neighborhood is fine. - The staff was excellent, they responded to every request, the cleaner was wonderful, she even did the washing for us, location is great, right in the downtown, a few minutes walking to the Jing An Metro Station, the apartment had everything we needed, we'll definitely be back, thank you, Ladoll!

  Nice new suite residence, very good location and the rooms are spacious and very comftable. Staff is very nice and helpful. The service is amazing, during my check-in they asked me if they should unpack my luggage. Really nice service. - Location of the One Apartment only minutes walk from all main shopping. Overall standard very high of the apartment we were assigned, flexibility of the small kitchen gave us everything we were looking for. We would recommend to anyone. - everything was perfect, our family had a lovely trip. staffs are very friendly, the room assistant lady did an great job on the room cleaning. we really appriciate all the comfort have been provided by all the hotel staffs. big thank you and defo. will stay in the ootel again.

  I stayed at the apartments twice, the location was great, as I got the metro from the airport it is literally only 5 mins walk from the metro station to the apartments. I initially went for this accommodation as its not right in the centre, its still very central with great transport links and its on the same line as the airport, which made it ver... was die leute sagen » y easy to commute. It was only a few stops from the Bund and all the sights around shanghai. The apts where clean, in really good order, beds where co - The staff was very friendly. The room has all the confort. Nice bed, TV, internet (very slow at night), they wash your clothes for free! The neighborhood is also very nice good restaurants around, conveniently located near the subway.

  I would most definitely recommend these apartments. They are in a fantastic location, are clean and very comfortable. The staff was helpful and most spoke some english. The apartments were a little deceiving before we arrived and we definitely got much more than what we were expecting. In reality, you are getting an apartment with two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with dish - Excellent on all counts. Staff, rooms, gym, comfort, location...everything is perfect. The ladies at the front desk are really nice. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was larger than advertised. The view of the city was wonderful. I felt safe and protected in the building, never seen so many cameras in any building before. The internet was really fast and reliable the entire time I was there. I will definitely come back there again when I am in Shanghai. 10/10
