All of the staff were courteous, helpful and solicitous. Breakfast was outstanding. Location was nice, near metro stop and easy walking distance of many fine restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Only one block off of major avenue in Santiago central downtown area. The terrace in the back was a nice oasis of quite and cool ambience in the afternoon.

The staff were very helpful, patient with me when trying out my poor Spanish and gave great advice on places to go and to eat. The building is fabulous with masses of character and original features. I stayed in the apartments across the road from the actual hotel - it was spacious, very clean, every comfort that the hotel had available was provided in the apartment and the service was great. The location was incredibly convenient and there were so many restaurants / shops etc around I did not have to go far if I wanted something.
The breakfast was really good with quality food and variety.
