  The facilities are good. Santa Marina is comfortable place to stay and enjoy the vacation! It has very beautiful green areas, pretty well maintained. It also provides clean swimming pools and nice restaurants (great service!). Nice and polite personell, speaking several languages (english, russian).   Das Kinderbecken war sehr schön, auch der Pool. Eigentlich hat alles gepasst.Manchmal gab es kein Wasser, oder keinen Strom, das wurde aber schnell behoben. Die Mitarbeiter sparchen kaum,oder nur wenig Englisch. Aber es war wirklich o.k. für Bulgarien. Der Strand war super. - Even staying there during the winter for one night can be a pleasure.   The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We did have a problem with the hot water in our room on the first night of our stay, we were moved and upgraded the following morning. The restaurant offered a varied menu and the quality of food was good. The breakfast menu was also varied. Im sure when the pool is open in the summer it will be very busy so I would book early to avoid disappointment - We thought, the size and furniture in rooms were very modern and clean, the beds were particularly comfortable. The view was amazing, the terraces very attractive with lovely fauna. The staff always polite and friendly, Anna in particular, The location was perfect just far enough along to be a little quieter but not too far to walk to the shops and restaurants.
