  We went to check in and there had been an issue with the booking as the hotel was overbooked. The staff were excellent and very professional and actually moved us to another one of their hotel - the Windsor Leme - right on the beach. They took care of everything really quickly and efficiently. We really enjoyed our stay. - The rooms were very small, basic but had everything I need. It was clean. The saff were helpfull and kind all time. The hotel is near copacbana beach and very close to public transportation including metro. The breakfast was very good and delicious. This is a 4 star hotel. Do not expect luxry. I recommend this hotel anyone who has limited budget but looks for the best possible options and values

  Fantastic position in betweem Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. We had the master suite which was perfect if you are travelling with a grown-up son. Fantastic view over the sea and Copacabana! I was jogging barefeet along the waterline every morning! Faboulous! Still it was easy to reach shops and the city centre by underground. The sea can get a bit dirty at this end of the beach but then it is a 5 minute walk to the above.

  I found the staff to be approachable and helpful. The ocean view room was terrific - great view of Copacabana Beach. Plus, we allowed a late check out because our flight home left in the evening.   the staff were very warm and caring. they took such good care of me and did their best to serve all my needs. i shall definitely stay there again if i go to Rio. - The staff was ever so helpful and so friendly, The location was also really good. Certainly going back to this hotel next year :)
