  I loved the atmosphere of the hotel. It was luxurious and very classy for what I paid (35% discount). The room was amazing with an awesome view of the harbor.   I had the unfortunate situation of having a migraine headache on the morning we were leaving but had several hours to pass before making our way to our cruise ship. My fellow travellers went for a walk whilst I sat in the reception area. This lady's kindness was above and bey - Craig, the manager, was a treat and very helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of terrific views of the Opera House and Harry's Cafe de Wheels. They have a handout that provides lots of tips about how to get around Sydney and things to do while in town. It was our first trip to Sydney and we only could stay one day before heading to Tonga, but we will return someday for a longer stay and would definitely consider staying at Mariners Court again.

We had arrived in Sydney from Darwin at 6am and could not check in until 2pm that day so we really appreciated the shower to freshen up. Our room was fairly big, hence the fact, I cannot understand people complaining on their reviews about the size of their room (maybe I was just lucky?!). The shared bathroom worked just fine, after all, nobody goes on a trip to stay closed in a bathroom do they?

  Lovely, budget priced small hotel conveniently located right in Darling Harbour and just a bus or ferry ride to Sydney Harbour. Very friendly and helpful staff and as a solo traveler I felt safe and very much at "home" here for the 3 nights I stayed. Room and bed were clean and comfo - Location ,price , kitchen , fridge in room, Tele, i recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be 5 min walk from the center and darling harbor , who doesn't care where he sleaps at night as long there is a clean bed and a toilet and good price and anyone that visits sydney for a 2 to 3 day trip tops , the room was spotless clean and the staff where more than helpfull
