We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The room we had was a corner room that faced out to the park which was lovely and it also had a extremely comfortable bed. The full breakfast available in the dining room had everything anyone could ask for from hot porridge through to bread and butter pudding with whipped cream. The hotel was spotless in an excellent location of Sydney. The area was safe & friendly. The concierge staff & in particular Troy gave invaluable advice on how to get the most out of your trip to Sydney. We have since travelled to a new hotel in Melbourne & really notice the difference in their assistance

The hotel design is unique, the situation to shops, retaurants, Darling
Harbour, OperaHouse,buses, trains etc. is convenient. The bed was fairly
firm, certainly better than 99% of other hotels.The concierges were
extremely helpful too.When the sign to service the room is placed on the
door, one's room is cleaned etc almost immediately! A very pleasant
stay!10 Out of 10!

Die Lage ist super - man ist mitten im Einkaufsviertel und dennoch ist es nicht laut und zum Hafen ist es auch nicht weit. Zur Ubahn-Station Museum sind es weniger als 5 Gehminuten. Die Appartments sind modern ausgestattet und bieten alles was man braucht (inkl. Instantkaffee und Tee). Der Ausblick hängt vom Stockwerk ab. -

The location was fantastic, very easy to find your way to many of Sydney's activities. The hotel itself blended the historical building with ultra modern fittings tastefully. The bedroom was adequate and the ensuite was a decent size. The shower was large. The room we stayed in was able to be dark with the blinds down for a sleep in. The staff were very helpful and willing to help with anything requested of them. There wasn't much street noise even though there are restaurants and pubs all arou

Excellent location and actually very quiet at night considering it was beside a large bar. Good room with patio outside and good kitchen facilities.
Staff at reception were very helpful and our room was kept very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this as a great place to stay. -
