Staff were extremely helpful and very polite. The cleanliness of the property was good. We booked for one night, but unfortunately I spent 8 hours at St Vincents Hospital. So we had time to unpack and then pack our belongings in the morning.

  We especially loved the wonderful noise free environment of our room.We were on the 10th floor but never heard one sound anytime. We had the most wonderful sleep.The housekeeping of the room was excellent. The window seat was a firm favourite, a great spot to relax in the sun with a book.   We overnighted as we had an early-morn departure the next day. Family (incl 2 grandchildren) joined us for dinner. My 5 yo g-son adored the pasta bolognese and ate every mouthful - he thanked the chef, too. Upgraded as it was my husband's birthday which was lovely. Excellent gym and pool facilities for early morning fitness. Evening snack meal great too. Would stay again if passing through with little time to go into city. Also saved on expensive transfer in and out of city which is worth factoring into the equation of overall cost.
