It proved Excellent to drive straight to - Undercover Parking - wonderful - Tram Stop 2 minute walk straight thru to Casino Stop to go to Convention Centre - Friendly staff - Will definitely stay next time - was also very quiet in room - no traffic noise - if hadn't been business trip, was easy access to public transport for shopping or sightseein

Have used this Service Apartment Hotel a number of times. It does the business at the right price. We go to visit family so it is primarily a place to sleep. Quiet and comfortable and by Australian standards good value for money.

Amazingly convenient if arriving by train or on the bus from the Airport. Reception staff were very friendly, room was spacious with comfortable chairs and a low table as well as a desk and chair. I have stayed at Ibis many times and the staff are always wonderful both reception & room staff. I had a back injury this trip and when I checked in David on reception was at my room shortly after me with a bucket of ice for my back & would not accept a tip but wished me well in my recovery. These acts of kindness & excellent customer service are definitely remembered & appreciated.

The close proximity of the tram stops for all directions of the city was fabulous. Close to many lane way cafes and restaurants. Very clean and spacious apartment with full self contained amenities.

Location handy to eveything - trams nearby - good restaurants and convenience stores (although they charge a ridiculous price)- within a ten minute walk to Hadware Lane - great place to eat. Location also very quiet away from the hustle and bustle - we were a group of two couples and shared a two bed room apartment which was really nice. We would definitely book again.

Location ! Location ! Trams city tour tram airport bus etc at your door step also Casino all water fronts . Staff are so obliging and friendly. Very helpful . Give them full marks . Can't nor not possible are just not part of their vocalabury. The sirocco restaurant is also excellent . Have eaten all arou d the city we found the most pleasant on our door . Breakfast excellent . Great location! It is located at end of Sydney Road whith hundreds of shops and eateries and with a beautiful park across the road.
Though the inn does not look very attractive from the outside, the room's interior is quite tastelfully done and is well-furnished.

Amazing staff, especially concierge who always greeted us warmly and helped us with our twins. Very accommodating and sympathetic to our needs for our 6 month old babies. Well furnished rooms/suites for amazing value. Best location - just around the corner from flinders lane where lots of good restaurants / cafes located. One of the best experiences I've had at a hotel - particularly for the price we paid!

The apartment contained everything that we could need and everything was in good condition. The street was quiet and it was nice to be hearing birdsong instead of traffic. The staff were helpful and seemed to care about giving good service and was a personal touch rather than what you would get staying in a large hotel. Although it is a distance out of the city (probably a 20-30 minute walk), there was a tram-line close by.
