  Apartment is very clean, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with lots of facilities which made our stay very comfortable. The washing machine, dryer and dish-washer are real bonuses. Kitchen is fully equipped with sufficient cookwares, crockery and cutlery. They even do housekeeping on a daily basis and everything is well-replenished. They even helped us to check in our flight to Syd - The staff were extra friendly and helpful allowing us to park the car early in the morning, then go into town and check in later in the day. Exec apartment is comfy, roomy and well equipped, even has a coffee machine. Off street parking is a bonus in this area. Good tram service into the city, short walk to St Kilda beach, cafes/restaurants, Luna park.

  Service was great and all the staff were very friendly. Apartment was very well appointed and quiet. King sized bed meant I could cancel the twins that were ordered for myself and my daughter - we are happy to share a large bed. Lifts were fast. Room was clean. Location was great. We dined at the restaurant for one night and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was very good and so was the serv - We loved Mantra on Russell. From the moment we checked in, the experience was great. Particular mention must be made of Mr Aaron Light at the front desk. He was very professional and extremely helpful. The apartment was very clean and the housekeeping personnel were very good and efficient. We have stayed in several apartments in Melbourne during our previous trips there but this is by far the best! Will definitely stay there again!

  Location was great for the things we were attending. Staff were extremely helpful with regards to travel. The gentleman on reception when we arrived (very late because of flight delays), was more than willing to advise us of which trams to catch and other information. The room was much nicer this time and I was very impressed with the way the staff at the bar and restaurant went out of their way to help and please. The food and service were excellent. The conference area was also very good.
