No coffee table in lounge room. Storage cupboard (wardrobe) a bit musty. Stove griller impossible to light.
the location to everything was brilliant, public transport, main roads, pubs, clubs, cafes, supermarkets all within 5-10 minute walk or easy drive to larger services. the city was a breeze to get too as well. even though we are close to a main road the noise is minimal.
parking was a major issue especially on the weekends.

The staff were very helpful and easy to talk to. We had problems with our TV and they replaced it...twice just so I could watch my favourite TV show and some DVDs. The kitchen was very handy and the bath was great for relaxing. Perfect location for tram access. 7/11 store around the corner :)
The beds and pillows are a little on the hard side. There were some interesting guests below who made quite a noise on a Friday night, but other than that it was relatively quiet.

The manager was very helpful and friendly and there was plenty of car parking space.

My favorite thing about Armadale apartments is that they are Serviced apartments, But other than the daily service of housekeeping you would never even know - This is the second time that I have stayed here & had the same result on both occasions. The staff were very helpful & got me into my room early as I arrived quiet early.
Could do with a better heating system. That is all :)

It was a spacious and comfortable apartment with public transport a couple of steps away. Lots of parking and a second away from a 24 hour convenience store. It had most everything you would need to make your own meals, which was a bonus.

price was a bit much, its worth $90 a nite or less in the apartment i was in. Plus television stations there were only 4 channels you need to upgrade I have 20 free view channels and I live in the country, get up with play you are in the city.
spacious, quiet, clean, central, cheap compared to similar properties. 7/11 Store very handy. Honest - they called to tell me I had left an item behind.
No major grumble, but when 'Serviced' is in the name of the property I thought they would actually be serviced daily, not twice a week - we were only there 2 nights. But I'm sure that helps to keep the price down.

The apartments are very well placed and provide cooking and parking facilities. There is a small convenience store next door.
The apartments are getting very tired. The ironing board was broken and unusable and the iron was badly scorched. While the TV set was new, Channels 2, 7, 9 and 10 were not available. At $175 per night, I think one could expect a higher standard.

Not very much. I would never stay at this place again.
The main living room had a terrible smell. We spent as little time in the apartment as possible because of this. The power also tripped out each time I turned the kettle one. Very dodgy double adapters and power boards to make up for lack of power points.

The curtains in apartment one, main bedroom were terrible. They did not cover the width of the window and the outside street lights were coming into the room. We had to sleep I the second bedroom

I liked the positioning of the apartments, very convenient to get to the cbd and where I worked. Relatively close to public transport and walking distance to shops and restaurants.
I hated the advertised Internet access, which is slow, unstable, and employs far too few routers to service the apartments. I hated the fact that none of the pans had lids, that the laundry is so expensive, that the plumbing is faulty and hard to use. In other words, the big things are done well, but all the small things are done poorly.

The bed and the shower were excellent.
Took me and hour to figure out how to work the tv. I suggest you leave instructions for the next guest. When aI told the person on duty he said oh its' been like that for ages and we did have a note... So obviously knows about the problem but hasn't rectified. The fridge operates like a freeze despite adjusting the temp. Gauge. You could do with some sharper knives in the kitchen.
Perry was very nice to us and patient with all our questions. When we needed an early check-out, there were no problems with that from Bookings.com
The place was not clean. The sofa - a pullout bed - was very uncomfortable for just sitting on.
the staff where good people and helpful and the apartments are in a good location
the room needed a clean the carpet was dirty ,the shower rose sprayed water onto the walls and needed repair and some of the light switchs sparked internally and could have resulted in a shock
