  Sehr gute Lage (Innenstadtnähe - ca. 5 Min. mit der Tram). Nachts ruhige Lage, tagsüber jedoch starker Verkehr vor dem Hotel. - Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit Seeblick bestellt und haben es auch bekommen. Das Zimmer war groß, geräumig und bequem.   Apartment is very clean, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with lots of facilities which made our stay very comfortable. The washing machine, dryer and dish-washer are real bonuses. Kitchen is fully equipped with sufficient cookwares, crockery and cutlery. They even do housekeeping on a daily basis and everything is well-replenished. They even helped us to check in our flight to Syd - The staff were extra friendly and helpful allowing us to park the car early in the morning, then go into town and check in later in the day. Exec apartment is comfy, roomy and well equipped, even has a coffee machine. Off street parking is a bonus in this area. Good tram service into the city, short walk to St Kilda beach, cafes/restaurants, Luna park.

The room was much nicer this time and I was very impressed with the way the staff at the bar and restaurant went out of their way to help and please. The food and service were excellent. The conference area was also very good.

Ktichenette was very well quiped and suited the family needs to make a decent meal after a long day out. They were extremely good in serving breakfast, which was another bonus, and the front desk team were very friendly and accommodating. I thought this hotel superb value. It is right beside South Yarra Metro station, which has very frequent service 6 minute to and from the central part of Melbourne.

It was also a good location for me as I was travelling to various business meetings all over Melbourne and there were plenty of transport options.
