Wir hatten Probleme mit unserem Auto und sie haben das für uns geregelt. - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück war für südamerikanische Verhältnisse gut. Alles war sehr sauber.

  I did not stay at this hotel BUT I was in a dire need of assistance, which they readily provided, and they went far above and beyond of what I expected. I cannot speak about the accommodation experience, but the staff is amazing!
